PH King Casino User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and PH King Casino ("PH King," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phking.bio and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing or using the PH King platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the PH King platform and close your account if one exists.

Use of the PH King platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, real-money gaming is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. PH King strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. PH King does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of PH King or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through the PH King platform or by a regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

PH King reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification of the deposit source.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the PH King platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, evading a suspension, or manipulating wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. PH King will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

Account registration and ongoing use are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures as required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit all requested documentation in a timely manner.

PH King accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following supported payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at PH King's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100, unless otherwise stated for specific promotional offers.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya; up to 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.

All funds deposited into a PH King account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. PH King reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where funds cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of pending KYC verification or active wagering requirement review.

PH King does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which PH King accepts no responsibility.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by PH King are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each promotion's offer.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts within the same household claiming the same promotion will be treated as bonus abuse.
• PH King reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at its reasonable discretion, including in cases where a technical error has led to an incorrect bonus being credited.
• Players who use bonus funds in a manner that PH King reasonably determines constitutes low-risk, systematic, or professional gambling designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent may have their bonus cancelled and any associated winnings voided.

All games available on the PH King platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by studio cameras and subject to independent audit. Game outcomes are determined solely by the applicable RNG or physical process and cannot be influenced by PH King, its employees, or any third party.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games are available within each game's information panel. Published RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an ambiguous outcome, PH King reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a verified malfunction are not payable.

All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be reversed after the game round has commenced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PH King platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform interface.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected exploit are not payable and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PH King staff or other players.

All content on the PH King platform — including but not limited to the PH King brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software code, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of PH King Casino or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any PH King content.

Game content — including game mechanics, audiovisuals, and titles — is owned by the respective game providers (e.g., JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft) and is licensed to PH King for use on the platform. Unauthorized reproduction or use of game content is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH King shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized account access.

PH King provides the platform "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

PH King does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control (including internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or regulatory directions) may temporarily affect platform availability. PH King will not be liable for losses incurred during unavoidable service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PH King's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

PH King reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Violation of the platform's prohibited activities policy.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement directive to suspend the account.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12+ consecutive months).

Upon termination for cause, PH King reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If an investigation clears the account holder of wrongdoing, any non-forfeited balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Users may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting PH King support. Remaining verified balances will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

PH King is committed to responsible gaming practices as mandated by PAGCOR and as a core operational value. The platform provides players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps configurable by the player. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configurable alerts and automatic session termination after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks: On-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net session result at regular intervals.
• Self-exclusion: Temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion, during which the player's account is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Cool-off periods: Short-term account breaks of 24 hours to 30 days for players who need a brief pause without committing to full self-exclusion.

PH King reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the change is required on shorter notice by a regulatory authority or applicable law.

Your continued use of the PH King platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 10.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. PH King operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all gaming activities conducted on the platform are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through PH King's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, where applicable, PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
